4yoga is a community yoga studio dedicated to offering classes that contribute to the physical and emotional well-being of all students.  Our classes incorporate breath/body awareness and mindfulness; these techniques are keys to stress reduction and relaxation as well as to safely developing strength and flexibility. Students are encouraged to accept themselves where they are and to progress at their individual pace.

As a community studio, our mission is to make yoga with well trained teachers both accessible and affordable.  Our teachers have all completed, at minimum, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance-accredited training program.  Our classes are drop-in unless otherwise noted, with a flat $10 fee, payable when you arrive.
