4yoga is dedicated to offering classes that contribute to the physical and emotional well-being of all students.  We incorporate breath/body awareness and mindfulness into our classes; these techniques are keys to stress reduction and relaxation as well as safely developing strength and flexibility. Students are encouraged to accept themselves where they are and progress at their individual pace.
