art and yoga workshop

Why would you want to attend this workshop? To explore the creative side of yourself, to develop, renew, or deepen a compassionate relationship with … You! To gain insight or a fresh perspective on some aspect of your life. To become unstuck out of ruts of habitual ways of thinking. The yoga part will include gentle asana, pranayama, relaxation. The art part will include simple, non-threatening exercises used as tools of reflection (will not be hung in a gallery!). No experience with art media is required, in fact it may be better to allow you a more direct expression. If you are curious, please join us.
