We are delighted to announce that 4yoga has joined others in our community to sponsor our awesome local roller derby team, Vette City Roller Derby!   We are thrilled to develop and teach a class for these tough and hardworking women!

If you are looking for something exciting to do on Saturday, July 9, check out the team’s next home bout at The Bowling Green Skate Center at 506 Three Springs Road.  Our hometown girls take on the Dixie Derby Girls from Huntsville, Alabama, at 5 p.m. (doors open at 4 p.m.).  For those of you with kids or grandkids, it is Family Night, which means kids under 18 are admitted free!  (Adult admission is $10.)

If you cannot attend this weekend, check your calendars for the final home bout of the season:  on Saturday, August 27, against the Atlanta Rollergirls Jukes of Hazzard.  You can also keep up with the team on its Facebook page.
