Are you interested in starting a meditation practice but would like some guidance? If so, the 21-Day Meditation Challenge may be for you. This free, online program, sponsored by Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra, identifies a daily centering thought and mantra. It also provides an audio guide for a short meditation and an opportunity to explore further with the message of the day and a reflective journal. The program is currently on Day 5, but you can return to programs for five days after they are initially posted, so you can still pick up near or at the beginning.
