Book Club: Meditation for the Love of It on Sun., May 20, 1:30 p.m.

Curious about meditation?  Interested in beginning a meditation practice?  Already an experienced meditator?  Our next book club book has something for everyone—Sally Kempton brings her 40 years of experience to Meditation for the Love of It:  Enjoying Your Own Deepest Experience.

Our quarterly book club, led by Cassandra, will next meet on Sunday, May 20, at 1:30 p.m. in the lounge at the studio.  We welcome everyone to join us, regardless of how much of the book you complete.  Please bring a vegetarian snack to share, and we will provide a selection of hot teas, plates and utensils.
