We were fortunate to host Faye Henry, an internationally recognized gong artist, in May, and we are delighted that she is returning to 4yoga in October for two more sonic massage sessions:

• Saturday, October 15, 4-5 p.m.
• Saturday, October 15, 6-7 p.m.

The fee for each session is $25, and space is limited. To register and reserve your space, please complete this brief online registration form.

Past participants have experienced additional relaxation during their sonic massage when they have practiced yoga before the session. Therefore, we invite you to join us for the Basics yoga class at 10 a.m. on Saturday.  (Note the later start time for this Saturday’s class because of The Medical Center’s 10K.)
