Meditation Made Easy: the April edition!

We are hearing from some folks that they are interested in the joining us for Danny Brewington’s meditation workshop on Sat., April 17, at 11 a.m. but aren’t sure about the process. So we’re posting this information to make sure to reach as many meditators and meditators-to-be as we can! Description:

In today’s world, it’s important to know how to relax and renew ourselves with meditation.
This 90-minute workshop continues to explore the basic fundamentals of a meditation practice, delving deeper into the techniques for physical relaxation.

Students will take a mindfulness journey through the body, experiencing the incredibly rejuvenating practice of Yoga Nidra.

The investment for this workshop is $20.

Beginners welcome—no meditation experience required!D

Process:

  1. Register for the workshop by clicking on this link: tinyurl.com/4yoga-med-made-easy-April . Note: if you’d like a confirmation of this form, select “send me a copy of my responses” right before you hit “submit.”
  2. Submit your payment in one of the ways indicated on the registration form.
  3. Check your email on Friday evening for a message with the meeting link.
  4. Click on the meeting link a few minutes before 11 a.m. on Saturday to join us for the workshop. If you are joining us from another region, please note that the time is central.
