October Book Club meeting: Sun., 10/7, 1:30 p.m.

Curious to learn more about yoga and to discuss yoga with fellow students and teachers?  Our October book club books—Andrea Marcum’s Close to Om and Pema Chödrön’s Always Maintain a Joyful Mind—provide both practical and philosophical advice to enhance our yoga journeys.

Cassandra leads our (roughly) quarterly book club, which will next meet on Sunday, October 7, at 1:30 p.m. in the lounge at the studio.  We welcome everyone to join us, regardless of how much of either book you complete!

Please bring a vegetarian snack to share: we will provide a selection of hot teas, plates and cups, and utensils.
