Welcome to December! Since July, we have enjoyed the adventures that accompany outdoor classes, from military helicopters to political rallies and from heat and sun to wind and rain!
Thank you to all of you who have continued to join us beyond the studio space. We appreciate your efforts to maintain our sense of community, whether at the airport for yoga; on Facebook Live for yoga; or on Zoom for a monthly meditation session, a book club meeting, or a social chat.
In December, we will pause scheduled yoga classes; however, we have asked teachers to offer pop-up classes at the airport when the weather is appropriate. To know when those classes occur, keep an eye on our Facebook page, which will be the primary avenue for announcing them. (We will also post them to our online calendar.)
Happily, the monthly meditation will continue, as it has been since March, on Zoom. Whether you are an experienced or a new meditator, please join Alice on Sat., Dec. 19, at 11 a.m. (central). Details, including the link to the Zoom meeting, are in its Facebook event page. If you cannot access the event page and need the link, just send an email to 4yoga.me@gmail.com, and we’ll forward it privately.
In addition, Frances is regularly offering her own, independent yoga classes via Zoom: to find out more about her options and be added to her email list, please send her a message at frnstr1@aol.com .
Finally, as we plan for January and beyond, we would love your feedback. Please take a couple of minutes to complete this brief, anonymous survey to help guide our decisions for next year. We welcome your ideas about how best to support you and the rest of our community.
We wish you and your families a safe and happy holiday season and hope to see you for pop-up classes or for meditation in December!
