Beginning or expanding a meditation practice? Join us for June’s Meditation Made Easy!

We are excited to welcome Danny Brewington back for his third meditation workshop! Offered via Zoom, this workshop is accessible to anyone who has an internet connection on June 19, 11 a.m.–12:30 p.m. central.

In today’s world, it is essential to know how to relax and renew ourselves with meditation; in this session, we will continue to explore and experience meditation tools that we can use to relieve bodily discomfort.

This 90-minute workshop addresses the challenges of releasing tension within the body. Danny will guide us through mindfulness techniques designed to achieve deep levels of relaxation and rejuvenation, releasing and relaxing our physical bodies and concluding with a Yoga Nidra practice.

Following our April workshop, one participant noted: “after that Yoga Nidra portion my blood pressure was the lowest it has been such a long time!”

Beginners are welcome—no meditation experience is required or expected.
