December schedule: 21 yoga classes + meditation session!

As we move into the last month of the year, we look forward to practicing with you in the studio and meditating with you on Zoom.  Please check out the December schedule and join us when you can!  Yoga classes are all drop-in (no reservation required) and $10.

Living in the ongoing uncertainty of our public health situation and managing the added expectations of the holiday season can leave us feeling disconnected from ourselves.  In these times, know that your yoga and meditation practices can support you:  whether you are a beginner, returning after a break, or an ongoing practitioner, we invite you to connect and ground together this month.

By request, Sunday-afternoon classes continue in December, alternating between Basics classes and classes that begin with a Basics practice and conclude with extended relaxation in Restorative poses.  We also offer these three special opportunities to gather:

  • Sat., Dec. 18, 11 a.m.—meditation with Angie on Zoom.  Get a reminder by responding to the Facebook event, join us directly via the meeting link, or use the meeting ID and passcode on the attached schedule.
  • Fri., Dec. 31, 9 a.m.—New Year’s Eve yoga class with Frances.
  • Sat., Jan. 1, 10 a.m.—New Year’s Day yoga class with Angie.

To continue to practice as safely as possible indoors, we welcome vaccinated folks to studio classes, and we wear masks while we practice.

We hope to see you in December to wish you Happy Holidays in person—otherwise, we hope your season is as merry and bright as you can make it!
