We are excited to welcome a new teacher to the June 4yoga schedule. Cheri Mahoney will begin teaching Gentle Yoga every Thursday at 9 a.m. Cheri has been a part of the 4yoga community as a student for several years, often joining everyone for a post-class coffee. While many of you have had the opportunity to practice with Cheri, she also shared her bio below to get to know her better.
Cheri Mahoney is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT200) with Yoga Alliance, having completed her certification through YogaRenew in 2023. Her yoga journey began through a desire to relieve body pain and reconnect with movement in a supportive and sustainable way.
Cheri’s teaching style blends mindful movement, deep stretching, and approachable guidance that welcomes students of all experience levels. She especially enjoys creating spaces where people can build confidence, reconnect with their bodies, and explore movement with both strength and ease.
