We hope you are staying safe in these challenging times. We have enjoyed seeing many of you on Zoom during Saturdays in January and are excited not only to continue with another Saturday Series for February but also to offer a meditation workshop with guest teacher Danny Brewington!
Yoga: Four-Week Saturday Series
The February edition of the Saturday Series will be offered both live on Zoom and via recordings so that you may practice as best suits your needs. Each Saturday morning, we will go live with a pair of mini-classes featuring six different teachers. The series provides eight total mini-classes, each lasting 30-35 minutes, to support your home practice.
All classes in this Strengthen, Stretch, and Refresh series begin at 9 a.m. central, with recordings available approximately 11 a.m.
- Sat., 2/6: Leslie (Basics yoga, focus on twists) + Shigeko (Flow yoga)
- Sat., 2/13: Frances (Basics yoga, focus on hips) + Beshka (Kundalini yoga + pranayama)
- Sat., 2/20: Susan (Basics yoga, focus on core) + Frances (Basics yoga, focus on joints)
- Sat., 2/27: Shigeko (Flow yoga) + Angie (Restorative yoga with guided relaxation)
Ready to sign up? Just complete this brief registration form and submit your payment of $40 to Angie (payment options listed on the registration form). She will then forward payments to each teacher. To provide a simplified registration and payment experience for us all, these classes are available only as a package; however, you may sign up at any time during the month and have access to the previous recordings.

Meditation: Meditation Made Easy Workshop
Do you think you can’t meditate? Is your life too busy? Your schedule too tight? Your mind too cluttered? Do you make excuses as to why you can’t?
In today’s world, it’s important to know how to relax and renew ourselves with meditation. This 90-minute workshop—held on Sat., Feb. 27, at 11 a.m.—will dispel the notion that meditation is difficult. Through a few simple exercises, you’ll discover it’s the simplest thing in the world.
About Danny Brewington: Danny is a Tennessee native who discovered meditation in 1987. Now, with over 30 years of study and practice, he enjoys great powers of concentration, breathing control, and expanded awareness. His understanding of meditation comes from a combination of philosophies, technologies, and life experiences. He hopes to inspire others to transform their lives with the power of meditation.
