October (2020) schedule: 3 weekly outdoor classes + monthly meditation!

Happy fall y’all! We have enjoyed seeing you in September and look forward to continuing to practice with you throughout October, even if we are layering up in our warmest yoga gear!

To allow us to focus on our in-person offerings for this month, we are placing the online yoga classes on hiatus. Of course, outdoor classes all take place weather-permitting: if teachers need to cancel, they will make that decision at least one hour before class starts, and we will promptly update both our website schedule and our Facebook page.

All of our yoga classes for October meet at the Bowling Green-Warren County Regional Airport, and here is our lineup.

Weekly yoga classes:

  • Wednesdays at 9 a.m. Leslie and Sydni continue to offer these classes: join them if you are looking for a mid-week, morning practice.
  • Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. We have moved the time of the Thursday evening classes to 5:30 p.m. Join Angie, Sydni, and Heather for these classes—and Heather will welcome costumes to the Oct. 29 class!
  • Saturdays at 9 a.m. Leslie, Heather, Angie, and Sydni share teaching the Saturday-morning classes.

Monthly meditation class. Leslie will host this month’s meditation via Zoom: it will meet on Sat., Oct. 24, at 11 a.m. To learn more and to access the Zoom link, check out the session’s Facebook event: indicating “interested” or “going” on that event will also generate a handy reminder as its time draws near.

We look forward to connecting with you in October for yoga and meditation!
